At OuterNative, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our product, you may return it for a refund or an exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

• Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receiving the product
• The JackBag must be in its original packaging, with all tags intact
• Refund will be issued to the original form of payment
• A video unboxing will be required as proof if the product is being returned for a damage

 with your order number and reason for return

• Any promotional items included in the purchase must also be returned for a full refund
• OuterNative reserves the right to refuse any refund or exchange that does not meet the above criteria

Shipping

• The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival
• Exchanges will be shipped out within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned items
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
• Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your returned product to be delivered may vary.
